WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE ? 

Clothing collection orders are shipped next day after payment is received. Hair Collection orders can take up to 5 business days to process if your item isn't in stock. Delivery to U.S. areas will arrive within 3-5 working days. We offer USPS & FEDEX SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS.

WHAT ARE WORKING DAYS ? 

dior & company LLC business hours are Monday - Friday 12pm - 4:30 pm (EST). All orders purchased over the weekend and federal holidays will be dispatched on the following working day. 

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER ?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will be able to click the link to track your package.

Pick Up Days are MON - SAT . 12:30 - 4:30pm . NO SUNDAY PICK UPS .
